Which currency am I charged in?
In euros. Every price on this page is in euros and excludes VAT, so Starter is €119 a month, and checkout charges you in euros, adding VAT where it applies.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing costs up to 16% less than paying monthly, and you pay for the year up front. Starter, for example, is €1,188 a year instead of €1,428. Included minutes still reset every month.
What if I need more minutes than my plan includes?
Included minutes reset every month. If your calls regularly need more than your plan includes, move to a larger plan. Scale starts at its listed price, and volume above 7,000 minutes a month is quoted for you.
What does unlimited receptionists mean?
Every plan lets you create as many receptionists as you need, for example one for after hours or one that answers in another language. Plans differ in minutes, phone numbers, concurrent calls and team members.
Is there a free trial or a money-back guarantee?
There’s no free trial, but your first subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If WiseUnit isn’t right for your business, email support@wiseunit.ai within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. How is AI Customer Support billed?
Each plan includes a number of resolved conversations and voice minutes. Above that, each additional resolved conversation costs €0.99 and each additional voice minute costs €0.12.
